Virtual Tour: Goodwin Lake Nature Trail

The Goodwin Lake Nature Trail is a 1.5 mile moderate difficulty interpretive trail that encircles Goodwin Lake, taking users through the wooded environment of the west end and then passing through the recreational area along the east end. This trail has several stops with signs identifying and describing plants and animals that users might encounter along the trail.

"When my husband and I were engaged, we took our soon to be "blended" family to Hungry Mother State Park for our first attempt at bringing together our three girls. He has two and I have one. One morning we decided to take the oldest daughter for a hike on Molly's Knob. We did the entire trail and the views were magnificent. More importantly I was able to start that relationship with the oldest daughter that I hold dear twenty-one years later. Thank you Hungry Mother State Park for a memory we'll…"
