Canoeing And Kayaking at False Cape State Park

In the Barbours Hill section, which is accessible by the Barbours Hill Trail and interpretive trail, the park offers guided kayak tours in Back Bay. Contact the park for information about times and prices. People who have their own canoes/kayaks must launch them from outside of the park from locations such as Little Island Parks launch and may access False Capes bayside via the three docks located at Barbours Hill, False Cape Landing, and Wash Woods. These places also allow access for small motorboats. Boaters are reminded to wear lifejackets and to be safe and are reminded that alcohol is not allowed in the park.
