It can be a great alternative to routine exercise and it pulls your mind away from daily stress. The sceneries surrounding the water is incredible, surrounded by beautiful landscape, blue skies, and several landmarks.
Me just telling you all the great reasons to kayak won’t be enough, you have to go out and experience it yourself to understand. If you’ve kayaked before then you know the feeling, now I encourage you to kayak more often. It’s truly extraordinary.
