How to Leave Your Mile-A-Minute Lifestyle Behind

Looking out on the Water’s Edge Marina onto Claytor Lake it’s plain to see why this park is the location for the upcoming Virginia State Parks’ Eighth Women’s Wellness Weekend

The view of the lake is spectacular. Mountains are the backdrop as the lake is adorned with sailboats. The peacefulness of the water overcomes you.  Women increasingly look for this type of destination where they can leave their mile-a-minute lifestyles behind and treat themselves to a special weekend.  Women’s Wellness Weekends is just that place; we offer a picturesque setting where women can unwind and regain balance in their lives.
