Welcome to Hotel California, Such a Lovely Band

One of my fondest memories from my teenage years was cruising the country roads with my girlfriends in a Chevrolet Nova and listening to a cassette of the hottest band around in the 70’s. I can still hear the lyrics in my head. “Dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair…”

The Eagles were and still are one of the most popular bands of my generation. I regret never having the opportunity to see them live in concert. But this weekend I’ll experience the next best thing. Hotel California is playing at Pocahontas Premieres on Saturday, August 4, 2012.
