Recovery Rocks Running at York River State Park

Lace up your running shoes and join us for the Spirit Works Foundation/York River State Park RECOVERY ROCKS 5K on Saturday, August 25, 2012!

Runners visit York River all year long

The Spirit Works Foundation is a substance abuse recovery agency in Williamsburg providing a variety of services for individuals and families. The Colonial Road Runners are active participants in local fund raisers and physical fitness. Combining these two great organizations with the tranquil York River shoreline makes this 5K a popular race for runners far and near.
