We call it FOCUS Week because we call our customer service initiative FOCUS For Excellence. It's the one week we make an extra effort to get as many of our visitors as possible to complete our Your Comments Count survey. As an extra incentive, we offer a contest with prizes and draw from the surveys received for the winners. FOCUS week is July 9-15, 2012. Simply complete one of our surveys during that period and turn it in at the park or mail it (the surveys are postage paid). Surveys must be postmarked by July 31, 2012.

On August 14, we will draw winners from the surveys received for the following prizes:
- Grand Prize: 7 Night Cabin Stay
- 2nd Prize: 6 Nights of Camping
- 3rd Prize: Picnic Shelter Rental
- 4th Prize (3 awarded): Choice of Annual Parking Pass or Boat Launch Pass
Our customer service efforts rely on extensive employee training that extends to every full time and seasonal employee, empowering employees to solve issues and concerns presented by our visitors, a survey we ask our visitors to complete, a reward system for employees that are recognized for extra effort and a review process that addresses every concern mentioned in the surveys. You feedback is critical to this process so we really want to hear from you. If you are a frequent park visitor, we would love for you to complete a survey as often as possible, but we especially would like you to complete one during FOCUS week.
