Schools out for summer!

I don’t know about where you live but here school is out for summer (or close to it!)

The unusually mild winter has allowed the school year to end before Memorial Day!!  While most of the kids are thrilled, it leaves a lot of parents asking “What am I going to do with the kids all summer?”

It just so happens, I have an answer.

VA State Parks has programs and activities all summer. The programs are designed with the understanding that people have different interests. Some programs are in the water and some, you stay dry.  Some programs encourage exploration and some encourage creativity.  Parks have different programs but programs that represent the individual park.

Click here to check out all the programs in VA State Parks.

Learn more about park offerings by calling 1-800-933-PARK or email resvs. Be sure to specify the park of interest.

Why not get away to Southwest VA? What are your interests?
